About the role
- Actively contribute, based on data analyses and meaningful KPIs, to the further development of planning and control processes
- Plan, manage and support production orders with regard to capacities, schedules and material availability
- Work closely with Production, Purchasing, Logistics, IT and Sales
- Maintain and further develop the ERP system as a key user
- Support new requirements and process changes
- Analyze, design and optimize production processes
- Introduce new digital tools and systems to increase efficiency and future viability
- Guide new digital solutions from alignment through to integration
- Take a structured approach to challenges with expertise in REFA methods, Six Sigma, Lean Production, value stream mapping & design, MTM, Theory of Constraints and the PDCA cycle.
Requirements
- Degree in Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, Business Informatics or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in production planning, ideally in a manufacturing SME
- Experience in the implementation, optimization and support of ERP systems
- Production metrics, value stream mapping, MTM and TOC are familiar concepts to you
- Practical experience applying methods such as REFA, Lean or Six Sigma
- Good sense for technical processes and digital interfaces with potential for improvement.
