About the role
- Provide autonomous support to the externally outsourced payroll provider in various payroll processes
- Act as a contact person in the HR area; support the administrative onboarding process for new employees and participate in the hiring process
- Monitor timely return of personnel documents and handle personnel-related inquiries
- Record employees' working time data in our Vivendi software
- Coordinate internship applications and take responsibility for processing internship contracts
- Monitor deadlines for occupational health and safety and occupational medical appointments/training
- Prepare employment references/letters of recommendation using HR software
- Create statistics and analyses
- Support and/or independently work on projects
- Serve as IT coordinator during absence cover periods and support personnel recruiting
Requirements
- Completed commercial vocational training (e.g., Office Management Clerk, Office Communication Clerk, Administrative Clerk or equivalent)
- Several years of prior experience and solid qualifications in human resources/personnel administration/employment law are required
- Enthusiasm for diverse areas of responsibility and a willingness to learn new skills
- Strong communication skills, initiative, a team-oriented and service-minded approach
