About the role

  • Provide autonomous support to the externally outsourced payroll provider in various payroll processes
  • Act as a contact person in the HR area; support the administrative onboarding process for new employees and participate in the hiring process
  • Monitor timely return of personnel documents and handle personnel-related inquiries
  • Record employees' working time data in our Vivendi software
  • Coordinate internship applications and take responsibility for processing internship contracts
  • Monitor deadlines for occupational health and safety and occupational medical appointments/training
  • Prepare employment references/letters of recommendation using HR software
  • Create statistics and analyses
  • Support and/or independently work on projects
  • Serve as IT coordinator during absence cover periods and support personnel recruiting

Requirements

  • Completed commercial vocational training (e.g., Office Management Clerk, Office Communication Clerk, Administrative Clerk or equivalent)
  • Several years of prior experience and solid qualifications in human resources/personnel administration/employment law are required
  • Enthusiasm for diverse areas of responsibility and a willingness to learn new skills
  • Strong communication skills, initiative, a team-oriented and service-minded approach
