About the role

  • Further development of our neighborhood project to strengthen togetherness in our district.
  • Improving cohesion among all residents and fostering connections within the neighborhood.

Requirements

  • Degree in social pedagogy, social work or a comparable qualification, or relevant professional experience in case management.
  • Ideally experience in project management within participatory work with people.
  • Good IT skills and confident use of common MS Office applications.
  • Reliable, open to new ideas, enjoys creative, independent work and able to develop concepts and provide consultation.
  • Knowledge of public relations and the ability to inspire people.
  • Respectful attitude as well as empathy and openness towards people with disabilities.
  • Independent while also team-oriented working style.
  • Values such as charity, compassion and justice are important to you.
