About the role
- Further development of our neighborhood project to strengthen togetherness in our district.
- Improving cohesion among all residents and fostering connections within the neighborhood.
- Point of contact for the neighborhood and public representative.
- Networking and activating existing and new structures and interest groups.
- Establishing volunteer structures and strengthening civic engagement.
- Planning, coordinating and implementing measures and projects.
- Promoting active participation and ongoing exchange between residents, relatives and the participating actors and citizens in the neighborhood.
Requirements
- Degree in social pedagogy, social work or a comparable qualification, or relevant professional experience in case management.
- Ideally experience in project management within participatory work with people.
- Good IT skills and confident use of common MS Office applications.
- Reliable, open to new ideas, enjoys creative, independent work and able to develop concepts and provide consultation.
- Knowledge of public relations and the ability to inspire people.
- Respectful attitude as well as empathy and openness towards people with disabilities.
- Independent while also team-oriented working style.
- Values such as charity, compassion and justice are important to you.
