About the role
- Independently manage allocations in the externally outsourced payroll accounting across various workflows
- Support the administrative onboarding process for new employees and participate in the hiring process
- Monitor timely return of personnel documents and handle HR-related inquiries
- Record employees' working time data in our software Vivendi
- Coordinate internship applications and manage internship contracts
- Monitor deadlines related to occupational health and safety trainings
- Prepare employment references and statistics
- Support or independently contribute to projects
- IT coordination during cover/backup periods
Requirements
- Completed commercial vocational training (e.g., clerk for office management, office communication clerk, administrative clerk, or equivalent)
- Several years of prior experience and solid qualifications in HR management / personnel administration / labor law
- Enthusiasm for diverse responsibilities and a willingness to learn
- Strong communication skills, proactive, team-oriented and service-focused
- Experience using Outlook, Excel and Word
