About the role

  • Independently support outsourced payroll in various operational processes
  • Assist with the administrative onboarding process for new employees
  • Participate in the hiring process
  • Monitor timely return of personnel documents and handle personnel-related inquiries
  • Record employees’ working time data in our Vivendi software
  • Coordinate internship applications and manage internship contracts
  • Monitor deadlines for occupational health and safety and related training
  • Prepare software-assisted employment references and statistics
  • Contribute to projects

Requirements

  • Completed commercial vocational training (e.g., clerk for office management, office communications clerk, office clerk, or equivalent)
  • Several years of prior experience and solid qualifications in personnel management / human resources / employment law are required
  • Enthusiasm for varied responsibilities and willingness to learn new tasks
  • Strong communication skills and initiative; team-oriented and service-minded
  • Familiarity with Outlook, Excel and Word
