About the role
- Proactive, independent management of a portfolio of plants/assets and customers to ensure high customer satisfaction
- Handling customer inquiries in collaboration with relevant specialist departments
- Responsible for the administrative implementation of new contracts in coordination with sales
- Developing standards and documenting processes in Contract Management
- Preparation of status reports and monitoring of availability
- Identification and calculation of metrics for report generation and analysis
Requirements
- Degree in a technical or business-related field, or equivalent vocational training
- Ideally, initial professional experience in renewable energy / wind energy
- Independent and self-reliant working style
- Solution-oriented and team-focused
- Negotiation skills and strong communication abilities
- Good MS Office skills
- Willingness to travel occasionally for business and possession of a Class B driving license (formerly Class 3)
