About the role
- Support, optimization and further development of the inventory management module in proALPHA
- Analysis and mapping of processes in purchasing, warehousing, planning/disposition and materials management
- Support of users in first- and second-level support as well as in day-to-day operational activities
- Training and support of key users in the business departments
- Close collaboration with IT, engineering and project management to ensure efficient material flows
- Participation in international ERP rollouts and the integration of new sites
- Preparation of system documentation and process manuals
Requirements
- Degree in Business Informatics, Logistics, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of experience with proALPHA in the area of inventory/materials management
- Good knowledge of supply chain and logistics processes, ideally in an international environment
- Knowledge of the proALPHA Service module is an advantage but not required
- Very good German and English skills
