About the role
- Responsibility for the delivery of offshore service projects – from planning and operational execution to successful completion
- Independently lead and manage offshore service projects (e.g., maintenance campaigns, major component exchanges, retrofit and special projects)
- Create and monitor project plans, budgets, and resource allocations
- Coordinate with internal departments such as Dispatch, Work Preparation, Engineering, HSE and Logistics
- Ensure quality, schedule and cost control throughout the entire project lifecycle
- Coordinate external service providers and manage interfaces with customers and partners
- Continuously optimize processes, workflows and tools in project management
Requirements
- Degree in a technical or business-related field (e.g., Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy)
- Initial experience (2–3 years) in project management – ideally in the wind energy/offshore sector
- Structured working style with strong communication and decision-making skills
- Experience with project management tools desirable
- Very good German and English skills
