About the role
- 2nd or 3rd level technical application support based on various technologies (like Apache Tomcat, Linux based Application Operation, scripting)
- ITIL based ticket administration and documentation.
- Incident, Problem and Change Management
- Participation in customer and vendor calls
- Providing on-call support
- Solving complex problems, doing Root Cause Analysis
- Technical capacity planning, performance tuning, optimization related activities
- Automation related scripting tasks and project support
- Knowledge sharing and developing.
Requirements
- Experience in virtualisation (VMware)
- Automation experience (Ansible, PowerShell)
- Experience using GITHub, JIRA platforms or SNOW
- Experience with Azure or other cloud platforms
- At least B2 level English AND German language skills
