About the role

  • Customer service consulting
  • Establishing the standard Change Management process for the customer, in order to be service-ready, in the sense of business enabling
  • Supporting the tool solution (ITSM) for the Request and Change processes
  • Supporting the automation solutions for the implementation of the customer requests
  • Creating the relevant Change templates in the tool for the automation solution
  • Accompanying the established automation solutions and supporting with any necessary adjustments in the templates/process
  • Consulting with the customer / automation stakeholders to find the best solutions for the different use cases
  • Supporting the overall onboarding procedure for the customer
  • Constantly monitoring and tracking the progress and quality of the established proces
  • Initiating improvement measures for the involved processes

Requirements

  • Good IT knowledge and understanding
  • Structured analytic and working skills
  • Confident communication skills with strong customer focus
  • Good skills in consulting & establishing a process along customer needs and TSI standards
  • Change management experience
  • Interest in automation solutions
  • German (C1) and English (B2) language skills
  • Experience with customers in the Health area is an advantage
