• Beratung mit Herz: Telefonische Aufklärung über unser einzigartiges Versorgungsangebot im Bereich Pflegehilfsmittel & Hausnotruf
• Bestandskunden begleiten: Rückfragen und organisatorische Anliegen empathisch und lösungsorientiert klären
• Dokumentation & Kommunikation: Einfache Arbeit mit unseren internen Softwaretools (du wirst komplett eingearbeitet)
