About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Outbound calls with drive: approx. 120 dials per day — your target is about 5 applications per day
- Building trust: turn skepticism into confidence — engage relatives and patients with empathy and persuasive communication
- Compassionate advising: provide telephone-based explanations of our unique care offerings, including assistive devices and home emergency alarm systems
- Supporting existing customers: handle follow-up questions and organizational matters with empathy and a solutions-focused approach
- Documentation & communication: work with our internal software tools — the tasks are straightforward and you will receive full training
Requirements
What you’ll need- Enjoy talking with people and the ability to convey calm and reassurance even in difficult moments
- Empathy, active listening, and solution-oriented thinking
- Ideally some experience in consulting, customer service, nursing, or the healthcare sector
- Very good German language skills, spoken and written
- Basic technical proficiency — comfortable using a laptop, headset, and software tools
