About the role
- Provide regular business management support to various divisions within Infrastructure.
- Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to assist in the delivery of business-critical tasks.
- Support the implementation of strategy and Target Operating Model (TOM).
- Assist in managing business processes and controls for the region.
- Prepare and develop management reports and analysis for review.
- Support change initiatives and transformation projects.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of overall working experience; experience in Business Management or a related field is desirable.
- Highly structured and detail-oriented, with strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work with management information and large data sets with experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
- Experience with Workday system, data, and reporting is an advantage.
- Strong analytical skills and a mindset to analyze complex situations and advise on solutions.
- Ability to convert data, information, and analysis into high-quality management materials.
- Self-starter and motivated to work independently with clear communication of issues.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
