About the role

  • Provide regular business management support to various divisions within Infrastructure.
  • Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to assist in the delivery of business-critical tasks.
  • Support the implementation of strategy and Target Operating Model (TOM).
  • Assist in managing business processes and controls for the region.
  • Prepare and develop management reports and analysis for review.
  • Support change initiatives and transformation projects.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of overall working experience; experience in Business Management or a related field is desirable.
  • Highly structured and detail-oriented, with strong organizational and coordination skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with management information and large data sets with experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience with Workday system, data, and reporting is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical skills and a mindset to analyze complex situations and advise on solutions.
  • Ability to convert data, information, and analysis into high-quality management materials.
  • Self-starter and motivated to work independently with clear communication of issues.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
