About the role

  • Responsibility for complex client portfolios for clients in the Wealth and (upper) HNW segments.
  • Actively acquiring new client relationships in the target segments (affluent private clients, foundations and institutions).
  • Excellent networking across the bank (One Bank).
  • Referral management within existing client relationships.
  • Active market presence.
  • Holistic management of existing client relationships in the assigned focus segment.
  • Individual responsibility for client and revenue targets for affluent private clients and client groups in the focus segment.
  • Independently taking on and performing the Know Your Customer (KYC) processes with support from the Client Service Team (CST).
  • Excellent collaboration within the Client Service Team (CST) for acquiring new client relationships and maintaining existing client connections.
  • Systematic expansion of internal/external networks and partnerships.
  • Continuous development with respect to advisory/service quality and risk management.
  • Increasing the share of wallet of the existing client book and providing continuously active servicing of target/existing clients.
  • Operational excellence through consistent compliance with internal and external regulations.

Requirements

  • University degree or equivalent education and knowledge (e.g., banking academy).
  • Strong customer orientation.
  • Several years of experience in client acquisition.
  • Several years of experience in banking and securities business in client servicing.
  • Very good knowledge of the WM Select+ product/service offering.
  • Experience in professional holistic wealth advisory for affluent private clients.
  • Strong sense of responsibility when dealing with important bank clients and the associated reputational risks.
  • Very solid capital markets knowledge and pronounced ability to explain macroeconomic interrelations.
  • Strong team skills.
  • High innovation and change capability.
  • Very good German and good English skills.
