About the role
- Responsibility for complex client portfolios for clients in the Wealth and (upper) HNW segments.
- Actively acquiring new client relationships in the target segments (affluent private clients, foundations and institutions).
- Excellent networking across the bank (One Bank).
- Referral management within existing client relationships.
- Active market presence.
- Holistic management of existing client relationships in the assigned focus segment.
- Individual responsibility for client and revenue targets for affluent private clients and client groups in the focus segment.
- Independently taking on and performing the Know Your Customer (KYC) processes with support from the Client Service Team (CST).
- Excellent collaboration within the Client Service Team (CST) for acquiring new client relationships and maintaining existing client connections.
- Systematic expansion of internal/external networks and partnerships.
- Continuous development with respect to advisory/service quality and risk management.
- Increasing the share of wallet of the existing client book and providing continuously active servicing of target/existing clients.
- Operational excellence through consistent compliance with internal and external regulations.
Requirements
- University degree or equivalent education and knowledge (e.g., banking academy).
- Strong customer orientation.
- Several years of experience in client acquisition.
- Several years of experience in banking and securities business in client servicing.
- Very good knowledge of the WM Select+ product/service offering.
- Experience in professional holistic wealth advisory for affluent private clients.
- Strong sense of responsibility when dealing with important bank clients and the associated reputational risks.
- Very solid capital markets knowledge and pronounced ability to explain macroeconomic interrelations.
- Strong team skills.
- High innovation and change capability.
- Very good German and good English skills.
