About the role
- You represent the bank to clients and in the market.
- You drive growth by acquiring new clients, maintaining existing relationships and further developing them.
- You take responsibility for your own client portfolio with demanding and complex needs.
- You regularly lead strategic discussions and provide tailored, holistic advice — aligned with your clients' needs, including investment, retirement planning and succession planning.
- You deliver sustainable results through structured advisory processes and work closely with specialist teams on complex requirements.
Requirements
- Completed banking qualification, ideally complemented by a university degree or further professional training
- Proven success in client acquisition and in fully leveraging customer potential
- Several years of experience in advisory and sales within the financial services sector
- Expertise in investments and solid knowledge of the MiFID-compliant advisory and product range
- Strong communication skills, high customer and team orientation, confident presence and self-motivation
