- You represent the bank to clients and in the market.
- You drive growth by acquiring new clients, maintaining existing relationships and expanding them.
- You take responsibility for your own client portfolio with demanding and complex requirements.
- You regularly conduct strategic discussions and provide individual, holistic advice—aligned with your clients' needs, including investments, retirement planning and succession planning.
- You achieve sustainable results through structured advisory processes and collaborate closely with expert teams on complex matters.
Requirements
- Completed banking apprenticeship/training, ideally complemented by a degree or further professional qualifications
- Proven track record in client acquisition and in fully leveraging client potential through holistic approaches
- Several years of experience in advisory and sales within the financial services sector
- Expertise in investments and solid knowledge of the MiFID-compliant advisory and product range
- Strong communication skills, high customer and team orientation, confident demeanor and self-initiative
