Workflow Solution Sales origination/support, client solutioning, sales conversion and monetization/ramp-up for MNC and Local Large Corporate clients in APAC
Workflow lead/support on selected RfPs
Working with product teams to develop new features / workflow enhancements based on identified client feedback / demand
Additional alignment with coverage or product teams on geographic or industry initiatives
Part of a team that has an annual individual/team revenue target agreed with management
Extensive collaboration across various teams, especially sales, coverage & operations in Corporate Banking
Involved in internal and external marketing campaigns to drive awareness and client adoption
Requirements
2 years+ relevant experience in a product sales / management consulting / treasury change management – transformation / technology transformation
Knowledge of payment systems including cross border platforms, E-FX platforms, treasury management systems
Should have a solutioning mindset – ability to spot inefficiencies and think out of the box to apply standard products in an innovative manner
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to influence and drive stakeholders, collaborate across multiple internal teams for a common objective
Ability to manage and see through sales projects over a long period of time
Role is required to be performed on-site at One Raffles Quay office. Relevant vaccination requirements may apply.
