About the role

  • Define and maintain the product strategy and roadmap for your product area.
  • Ensure alignment between product initiatives, company goals, and customer needs.
  • Act as the source of truth for current features, upcoming releases, and backlog priorities.
  • Continuously evaluate product performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve, expand, or mature your product line.
  • Translate aggregated customer needs into structured initiatives and product improvements.
  • Design solutions that address underlying problems rather than simply documenting feature requests.
  • Write clear product requirements, feature specifications, and acceptance criteria.
  • Collaborate closely with Engineering and UX teams to design scalable and high-impact solutions.
  • Drive product development from concept to release, ensuring alignment across teams.
  • Monitor product performance and adoption after release.
  • Take ownership of product outcomes, continuously improving performance based on data and feedback.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Product Management.
  • Experience working in fintech, payments, SaaS, or API-driven platforms.
  • Strong ability to translate business problems into structured product solutions.
  • Experience collaborating closely with engineering teams in technical environments.
  • Ability to prioritize effectively and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience writing product specifications and requirements.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Advanced or fluent English. Spanish is desirable.
