Account Manager

• Responsible for selling our test portfolio to hospitals in North Rhine-Westphalia (NRW)
• Proactively approach and support clinics and hospitals within the healthcare sector
• Build and expand key-account relationships with decision-makers in hospitals
• Work closely with marketing, product development and executive management
• Represent Detechgene at trade shows, conferences and customer meetings
• Maintain CRM systems, monitor market trends, and relay customer feedback for product improvement

• Aktiver Besuch von Kliniken in NRW (Hygiene, Geschäftsführung, Pflege, Einkauf etc.)
• Führen von Erstgesprächen und Vorstellung unserer „PCR to Go“-Lösungen
• Eigenständige Neukundenakquise
• Aufbau, Pflege und Weiterentwicklung langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen
• Dokumentation aller Aktivitäten im CRM-System
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Geschäftsführung und Produktteam, um Kundenfeedback einfließen zu lassen
