About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Actively visit clinics across North Rhine-Westphalia (NRW) (Hygiene departments, hospital management, nursing staff, purchasing, etc.)
- Conduct initial meetings and present our “PCR to Go” solutions
- Independently acquire new customers
- Build, maintain and further develop long-term customer relationships
- Document all activities in the CRM system
- Work closely with the executive team and product team to incorporate customer feedback
Requirements
What you’ll need- Initial experience (approx. 1–2 years) in sales, ideally in MedTech, pharmaceutical, or hospital settings
- Enjoy direct customer contact and field sales work
- Motivated, personable, committed and open-minded
- Professional, well-groomed appearance and confident communication skills
- Self-organized, structured working style and high level of personal responsibility
- Willingness to travel within NRW & valid Class B driving license
- Excellent German language skills; English is an advantage
