About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Actively visit clinics across North Rhine-Westphalia (NRW) (Hygiene departments, hospital management, nursing staff, purchasing, etc.)
  • Conduct initial meetings and present our “PCR to Go” solutions
  • Independently acquire new customers
  • Build, maintain and further develop long-term customer relationships
  • Document all activities in the CRM system
  • Work closely with the executive team and product team to incorporate customer feedback

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Initial experience (approx. 1–2 years) in sales, ideally in MedTech, pharmaceutical, or hospital settings
  • Enjoy direct customer contact and field sales work
  • Motivated, personable, committed and open-minded
  • Professional, well-groomed appearance and confident communication skills
  • Self-organized, structured working style and high level of personal responsibility
  • Willingness to travel within NRW & valid Class B driving license
  • Excellent German language skills; English is an advantage
