About the role
- Answer client questions about cruise itineraries, cabins, amenities, and inclusions
- Assist with booking requests, modifications, and travel preferences
- Provide timely and professional customer service throughout the booking process
- Communicate with cruise suppliers for updates, confirmations, and special requests
- Monitor payment timelines, travel documentation, and post-booking follow-up
- Keep accurate records of client preferences and reservations
Requirements
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Customer service experience preferred (travel, hospitality, or retail a plus)
- Comfortable navigating online booking tools and email platforms
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks independently
- Passion for cruise travel and learning about cruise lines
- No prior travel industry experience required—training provided
