Position Overview: We’re seeking a dependable and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative with a passion for travel and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities: Assist clients with travel inquiries, booking options, and reservation management
Communicate with clients via email, phone, and messaging tools in a professional and friendly manner
Recommend and help book travel arrangements including hotels, resorts, cruises, flights, and activities
Manage changes, cancellations, and special requests efficiently and accurately
Maintain updated records of client preferences, bookings, and correspondence
Collaborate with travel advisors and supplier partners to ensure seamless service
Stay informed on travel trends, destination updates, and special promotions
Deliver a client-first experience that builds trust, loyalty, and repeat business

Requirements
