About the role
- Analyze all cancellation, change, and refund processes.
- Send quotes and support transactions for affiliated agencies.
- Read and interpret GDS histories and airline portal records.
- Manage voluntary and involuntary reservation and ticketing issues.
- Manage special service requests with suppliers, such as name corrections, meal additions, crib requests, and others.
- Process refunds directly on airline and supplier portals.
- Multichannel support: Phone, Email, WhatsApp, and other company platforms.
- Monitor and resolve issues, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Engage in negotiation and customer retention when required.
Requirements
- High school diploma required; completion of higher education or courses in Tourism, Business Administration, or related fields is a plus.
- Experience with GDS — Sabre and Amadeus (testing will be conducted).
- Skills in: Communication (verbal and written), Organization, Teamwork.
- Availability to work a 6x1 shift schedule, 15:00–21:00 — Alphaville, Barueri.
