About the role
- Own and execute outbound prospecting across international markets (multi-channel: calls, email, LinkedIn).
- Generate high-quality pipeline through strategic account targeting and personalization.
- Consistently exceed activity and pipeline generation targets (calls, emails, meetings booked).
- Craft compelling messaging tailored to different industries, personas, and regions.
- Collaborate closely with AEs to align on account strategy and ensure strong conversion to opportunities.
- Continuously test, iterate, and optimize outbound approaches to maximize performance.
- Maintain excellent CRM hygiene and contribute to a scalable, predictable pipeline engine.
Requirements
- Outbound-first mindset, you thrive on proactive outreach and are energised by building pipeline from scratch.
- Some experience in SaaS or a BDR/SDR role is a plus, but mindset and drive matter more than years.
- Hungry, competitive, and motivated by targets, growth, and continuous improvement.
- Resilient and persistent, you embrace rejection, stay consistent, and keep pushing.
- Confident communicator, especially on cold calls, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders (Director/C-level).
- Curious and adaptable, able to tailor messaging across different industries and international markets.
- Highly self-driven with a strong work ethic and a “get it done” attitude in a fast-paced environment.
- Eager to take on challenges, learn quickly, and grow into more senior or closing roles.
- Excellent English communication skills (native or near-native); additional languages are a strong plus.
