You will take ownership of design excellence at deskbird, leading and developing a high-performing Product Design team to deliver industry-defining user experiences.

Shape how we think about design and drive a culture of excellence, speed and user empathy.
Lead and develop a team of 4-5 high-performing Product Designers, providing the support they need to grow and perform at their best.
Collaborate closely with product and engineering leaders to align on priorities, advocate for customer impact, and influence product strategy.
Develop and operationalise scalable design practices, processes, and tooling that enable consistency, quality, rapid iteration, experimentation, and learning.
Oversee the end-to-end design process, from concept to implementation, ensuring seamless and delightful user experience.
Apply your B2B expertise to craft solutions tailored to the needs of diverse enterprise-level user personas.
Participate in - and when needed, lead - discovery activities with customers to uncover real user pain points and challenges.
Evolve deskbird’s design system to scale with the product, ensuring consistency and broad adoption while supporting creative flexibility.
Step in hands-on to support squads when needed, delivering high-quality, impactful design work.
