About the role

  • Own and grow a high-potential outbound-led sales pipeline in the U.S. market, with the opportunity to make a visible, measurable impact from day one.
  • You’ll run the full sales cycle end to end, from prospecting and discovery through to negotiation and close.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally as a high-performing SMB or Mid-Market Account Executive.
  • A background that includes time as an SDR/BDR, with outbound as your foundation.
  • A clear track record of overperformance (e.g. top-performer rankings, consistently exceeding quota).
  • Strong outbound instincts, you’re comfortable picking up the phone, prospecting creatively, and generating pipeline from scratch.
  • Experience in high-velocity sales environments or sales academies where standards are high and learning curves are steep.
  • Competitive, driven, and ambitious, you’re ready for a bigger stage and more ownership than your current role offers.
  • Coachable mindset with the confidence to challenge ideas, learn fast, and continuously improve.
  • Interest in B2B SaaS and excitement about helping shape a growing U.S. go-to-market motion.
