• Handle groups greater than 50 employees
• Support assigned clients in terms of managing and administrating group insurance plans
• Establish and maintain client relationships by identifying current or potential needs and promoting client retention
• Advise various partners, stakeholders or clients with regards to the products, services or solutions offered and ensure their satisfaction
• Analyze and respond to clients needs, process requests and ensure required follow ups
• Collect, organize and analyze information when adding or modifying plans
• Present to clients and attend client meetings
