About the role
- Help the business line pursue profitable growth by working on initiatives related to property and casualty insurance
- Act as an advisory role for the La Personnelle / The Personal business development teams
- Take a leadership role with stakeholders on files and projects connected to complex, innovative initiatives
- Develop tools to carry out, facilitate and optimize work
- Make recommendations on the development and execution of complex projects and initiatives
- Monitor the growth and profitability of individual groups and the entire business sector
- Oversee development and manage “recovery plans” for groups with less satisfactory profitable growth
- Diagnose issues and make recommendations
- Drive profitable growth by actively participating in defining the sector’s business objectives
- Advise and support clients to help them position, plan, develop, execute and monitor strategic projects and initiatives
- Participate as a coach in team development
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in actuarial science, finance or a related field
- A minimum of six years of experience in actuarial services or finance
- Advanced proficiency of English and French
- Property and casualty insurance expertise
- AI expertise
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
- Knowledge of Power BI and ParaQuery tools
