About the role
- Support members and clients by presenting existing applications and technological tools
- Contribute to business development and maintain commercial relationships through service delivery
- Assist members and clients who have experienced fraud or irregularities
- Monitor and process the transactions necessary to resolve their cases
- Stay up to date on the latest standards, products and services in their field
- Adhere to compliance, security and risk management standards
Requirements
- Knowledge of all counter and convenience products and services
- Knowledge of all Desjardins products and services
- Knowledge of data integration into systems
- Knowledge of security measures, legal framework and internal controls
- Understanding of the philosophy and principles of financial services cooperatives
- Knowledge of operational procedures related to convenience products, services and transactions
- Knowledge of service standards
