About the role
- Advise members and clients on the best strategies and work with them to identify expected results.
- Manage business relationships, assess member/client satisfaction and service quality, follow up and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date on the financial services industry, market trends and best practices in your field.
- Participate in outreach activities and represent the caisse in the community.
Requirements
- College diploma in a related field
- A minimum of two years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of French is required
- Advanced knowledge of English due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with English-speaking partners, members and/or clients.
- Advanced knowledge of Spanish due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with Spanish-speaking partners, members and/or clients.
- Available for travel within the Sherbrooke and Granby regions
- Must have a valid driver's licence and access to a vehicle
- Available to work Monday to Friday, with occasional evenings and weekends for representation events
