About the role
- Advise members and clients on optimal strategies and work collaboratively with them to define expected outcomes
- Manage business relationships, assess member/client satisfaction and service quality, follow up and identify areas for improvement
- Stay current on the financial services industry, market trends and best practices in the field
- Participate in outreach activities and represent the caisse in the community
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Minimum of one year of relevant experience
- Mutual Fund Representative Certificate from the Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF)
- Proficiency in French is required
- Awareness of current financial, economic, political and legislative developments
- Understanding of the principles and fundamentals of financial services cooperatives
- Familiarity with compliance requirements governing the distribution of financial products and services
