About the role
- Analyze and identify client needs.
- Diagnose issues and challenges to determine target outcomes
- Perform specialized analysis, conduct studies, write reports and make recommendations.
- Carry out operational follow-up and monitoring, including monitoring of external provider performance
- Help develop, enforce, update and improve the policies, processes, standards and models that support your unit’s projects and initiatives
- Evaluate results, benefits and service quality.
- Issue and implement cost-cutting and performance improvement recommendations
- Represent your unit before committees
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- A minimum of four years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of French is required
- Intermediate advanced proficiency of English due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with English-speaking partners, members and/or clients
