About the role
- Produce and update marketing content (FR/EN): presentations, brochures, pitch materials, emails, LinkedIn posts, narratives and technical content related to products and internal expertise.
- Adapt messaging to the needs of various distribution networks (advisors, brokers, internal sales forces).
- Integrate storytelling elements into presentations, training materials and event content.
- Maintain and optimize B2B tools and marketing documents.
- Use engagement data (Web, email, LinkedIn) to improve content performance and impact.
- Work closely with DGIA, Product, Sales, Compliance, Studio and Digital Marketing teams.
- Define and implement a multi platform content strategy to enhance visibility of our expertise and investment solutions.
- Produce corporate videos and podcasts, including: Pre production: briefs, scripts, storyboarding, selecting and preparing guest speakers.
- Production: supervising filming/recording in alignment with brand standards.
- Post production: reviewing edits, visual branding, subtitles, FR/EN versions.
- Build and manage a library of reusable content (educational capsules, video excerpts, short form content).
- Deploy content across internal and external channels (Web, SharePoint, events, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Ensure editorial quality, visual consistency and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Contribute to the development and evolution of the Wealth Management B2B brand.
- Develop key messages, editorial standards and brand guidelines in collaboration with the Visibility & Engagement team.
- Ensure brand consistency across all communications related to products, content and internal expertise.
- Support the deployment and adoption of brand standards among internal teams and partners.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing or a related field
- A minimum of four years of experience in B2B marketing/communications or corporate communications requiring creativity, autonomy, structured thinking and strong editorial rigor
- Knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec
- Advanced proficiency of English due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with English-speaking partners, members and/or clients
- Expertise in writing in French and English
- Experience with video/podcast production (pre production → production → distribution)
- Ability to simplify and communicate financial content and investment products
- Strong ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders (DGIA, Marketing, Product, Studio, Compliance)
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365
