About the role
- Assess each person’s unique needs and propose suitable coverages
- Support members and clients with empathy, expertise, and professionalism
- Build lasting relationships with clients and promote personalized services
- Assist clients with their First Notice of Loss and claims process
- Provide clients with the best claims setup experience catering to their needs
Requirements
- Must be actively enrolled in post secondary education program and remain a full-time student for the duration of the 1-year contract
- A minimum of two years of customer service experience
- Ability to work both Saturdays and Sundays is preferred
