About the role
- Contribute to the development, implementation, and adaptation of marketing campaigns for the Desjardins Exclusive Agent Network (DAN) in property and casualty insurance
- Help meet the network’s needs for personalized communications with the objective of business development, client acquisition, and strengthening member–client relationships
- Analyze market needs and develop and deploy product and service marketing strategies
- Act as a resource person and provide advisory support to the network as part of various major mandates related to intervention and development within your field
- Recommend improvements or optimization solutions for standards, policies, and programs
- Develop recommendations, solutions, and marketing action plans aligned with the organization’s directions and objectives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- A minimum of four years of relevant experience
- Beginner experience with CRM
- Beginner experience with production management of marketing campaign
- Knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec
- Advanced proficiency of English due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with English-speaking partners, members and/or clients
