About the role

  • Support the manager in the work organization, strategic planning, and operational planning of the unit
  • Ensure the development, implementation, and monitoring of an action plan for his/her unit
  • Define and ensure the implementation of activities related to the unit’s services to maximize targeted business results
  • Establish management and communication practices that promote change management, talent attraction and retention, skills development, and employee development
  • Manage individual and collective performance to facilitate the execution of the unit's business plan.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science or Statistics
  • A minimum of eight years of relevant experience in actuarial work, advanced analytics, and coaching
  • Experience in coordinating projects and resources
  • Experience in Property and Casualty (P&C) insurance
  • Strong communication skills in both French and English, written and spoken
