About the role
- Support the manager in the work organization, strategic planning, and operational planning of the unit
- Ensure the development, implementation, and monitoring of an action plan for his/her unit
- Define and ensure the implementation of activities related to the unit’s services to maximize targeted business results
- Establish management and communication practices that promote change management, talent attraction and retention, skills development, and employee development
- Manage individual and collective performance to facilitate the execution of the unit's business plan.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science or Statistics
- A minimum of eight years of relevant experience in actuarial work, advanced analytics, and coaching
- Experience in coordinating projects and resources
- Experience in Property and Casualty (P&C) insurance
- Strong communication skills in both French and English, written and spoken
