About the role
- Provide user support and assistance for IT applications, including installation, configuration, issue resolution
- Help keep IT equipment up and running, particularly through server administration
- Analyze and diagnose issues and provide recommendations and implementation plans
- Develop tools, methods and processes and contribute to skills development in your field
- Identify and communicate opportunities for improvement and analyze data to inform decisions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- A minimum of two years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of French is required
- Available 24/7 as an on-call advisor with pay
