About the role
- Act as the lead and content expert on the analysis of strategic issues
- Advise and support other vice‑presidencies in the positioning, development, execution, implementation, and follow‑up of various strategic mandates
- Ensure strategic monitoring to understand and anticipate industry trends in insurance
- Work with the organization's senior leaders to develop and implement strategic plans
- Analyze and interpret data to guide the decision-making process
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and work with cross-functional teams
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
- A minimum of eight years of relevant experience in strategy development
- Experience in internal strategy or with a management/strategy consulting firm
- Academic specialization in Business Administration or related field
- Experience advising a large corporate clientele
- Strong communication skills in both French and English, both oral and written
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
