About the role

  • Act as the lead and content expert on the analysis of strategic issues
  • Advise and support other vice‑presidencies in the positioning, development, execution, implementation, and follow‑up of various strategic mandates
  • Ensure strategic monitoring to understand and anticipate industry trends in insurance
  • Work with the organization's senior leaders to develop and implement strategic plans
  • Analyze and interpret data to guide the decision-making process
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and work with cross-functional teams

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
  • A minimum of eight years of relevant experience in strategy development
  • Experience in internal strategy or with a management/strategy consulting firm
  • Academic specialization in Business Administration or related field
  • Experience advising a large corporate clientele
  • Strong communication skills in both French and English, both oral and written
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
