About the role

  • Documenting the business requirements for maintaining and developing cross-sector solutions for home and auto insurance
  • Analyzing the organization’s business needs and context
  • Documenting impacts on stakeholders, recommend solutions, and prioritize, plan and coordinate changes to cross-sector solutions
  • Analyzing the impacts of solutions on the organization, ensuring integration from needs assessment to rollout
  • Identifying, formalizing and communicating business solutions
  • Anticipating issues and proposing improvements
  • Developing testing strategies and acceptance testing plans
  • Supporting the business owner and business sectors during solution rollout and post-implementation
  • Identifying the change management strategy and executing its activities, as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • A minimum of four years of relevant business analysis experience
  • Property and casualty insurance experience
  • Experience delivering projects outside an Agile framework
  • Knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec
  • Advanced proficiency of English due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with English-speaking partners, members and/or clients
