About the role

  • Design, implement and update reports and dashboards in Power BI, Jira (Structure and All-in-One Report) and Excel.
  • Identify and analyze significant issues, diagnose their causes and make recommendations to contributors.
  • Design and maintain one or more data marts.
  • Review, analyze and manipulate data in accordance with Desjardins Group's systems and security practices.
  • Develop automated update rules using Power Automate (Microsoft Flow).
  • Establish working relationships with various contributors, including business and IT teams.
  • Contribute to innovative initiatives and identify opportunities to improve data valorization practices in accordance with Desjardins Group's data governance framework.
  • Implement development and governance best practices in line with changing industry and Desjardins standards.
  • Support users and serve as a specialist advisor to improve processes and efficiency by automating and the selection and deployment of data management tools.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • A minimum of two years of relevant experience
  • Knowledge of French is required
  • Proficiency with Power BI
  • Knowledge of Power Automate
  • Knowledge of Jira (AIO add-ons, Structure, Tempo)
  • Expertise in SQL and DAX
  • Expertise with Excel
