  • Leading the P&C insurance sector’s adoption of emerging generative AI technologies by defining practices and tools
  • Anticipating technological developments, structuring long-term approaches and supporting cultural shift and operational transformation
  • Designing and leading workshops, training and adoption pathways
  • Conducting ongoing monitoring and testing of emerging technologies related to P&C insurance
  • Creating and leading a community of practice on AI technologies

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • A minimum of six years of relevant experience
  • Knowledge of French is required
  • IT expertise: IT ecosystems, Agile practices, DevSecOps and quality assurance
  • Proficiency in generative AI solutions
