About the role
- Analyze learning needs and design instructional solutions
- Support employees through effective training experiences
- Conduct needs analyses and develop targeted training materials
- Coordinate logistics to ensure learning initiatives support business objectives
- Collaborate with Claims teams and legal counsel
- Offer guidance and coaching to facilitators and subject matter experts
- Enhance learning materials with multimedia teams
- Conduct ongoing maintenance on training materials
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- A minimum of five years of relevant experience
- Experience in instructional design, learning development or a similar role
- Experience conducting training needs analyses
- Experience designing and developing learning materials
- Experience working with subject matter experts and cross-functional partners
- Experience managing training projects, timelines and stakeholder expectations
- Experience facilitating pilots or feedback sessions
- Expert proficiency of English
- Intermediate knowledge of adult learning principles, learning science and instructional best practices
