About the role

  • Provide personalized member/client service and experience to clients with complex needs
  • Be attentive to the needs of members and clients and propose personalized and effective solutions
  • Seize business opportunities and provide personalized advice for optimal business development
  • Work with the advisor to manage member and client files: open accounts, prepare meetings and follow up on member and client requests
  • Ensure the execution of all member and client banking account operations
  • Proactively inform members and clients about our digital solutions

Requirements

  • College diploma in a related field
  • A minimum of one year relevant experience
  • Strong communication skills in both French and English, both oral and written
  • Knowledge of financial documents used in the field of wealth management
  • Knowledge of all products and services available to caisse members and those offered in Desjardins business centers
  • Knowledge of compliance with legislation respecting the distribution of financial products and services
  • Knowledge of procedures for opening accounts, selling complementary products and services
  • Knowledge of Desjardins business processes (e.g., sales, solicitation and negotiation processes)
