About the role
- Provide personalized member/client service and experience to clients with complex needs
- Be attentive to the needs of members and clients and propose personalized and effective solutions
- Seize business opportunities and provide personalized advice for optimal business development
- Work with the advisor to manage member and client files: open accounts, prepare meetings and follow up on member and client requests
- Ensure the execution of all member and client banking account operations
- Proactively inform members and clients about our digital solutions
Requirements
- College diploma in a related field
- A minimum of one year relevant experience
- Strong communication skills in both French and English, both oral and written
- Knowledge of financial documents used in the field of wealth management
- Knowledge of all products and services available to caisse members and those offered in Desjardins business centers
- Knowledge of compliance with legislation respecting the distribution of financial products and services
- Knowledge of procedures for opening accounts, selling complementary products and services
- Knowledge of Desjardins business processes (e.g., sales, solicitation and negotiation processes)
