About the role
- Participate in the development and launch of new insurance products for businesses, working in collaboration with various internal stakeholders.
- Design, develop, and maintain underwriting rules.
- Contribute to the ongoing evolution of products by integrating feedback from users and partners.
- Draft and update insurance wordings, including coverages and endorsements.
- Collaborate on strategic corporate initiatives related to profitable growth, portfolio management, and underwriting process improvement.
- Support the coherent and optimal implementation of products, rules, tools, and underwriting solutions across teams and platforms.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- A minimum of four years of relevant experience in P&C
- CIP Designation or enrolled
- Knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec
- Advanced proficiency of English due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with English-speaking partners, members and/or clients
- Advanced understanding of industry guidelines regarding coverage and underwriting segmentation
