About the role
- Identify and make improvements to the product offer based on member and client needs, business priorities and market developments
- Define an innovative and engaging target vision for the product line and create the mid- to long-term roadmap
- Monitor the competition and market developments, target opportunities to develop the offer
- Provide leadership in defining the product's directions and represent the target client experience
- Monitor the product line's commercial results and financial performance
- Perform sound management of the operational, reputational and financial risks associated with the product offer
- Establish and develop frameworks to ensure compliance with laws and regulations
- Represent the team’s position to the decision-making bodies and senior management
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- A minimum of six years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of French is required
