About the role

  • Develop and maintain lasting and trusting business relationships with members and clients
  • Advise members and clients on optimal strategies and collaborate with them to identify expected outcomes
  • Manage business relationships, assess member/client satisfaction and service quality, follow up and identify areas for improvement
  • Stay up-to-date on the financial services industry, market trends and best practices

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Minimum of one year of relevant experience
  • Mutual Fund Representative certificate – Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF)
  • Knowledge of French is required
  • Awareness of current financial, economic, political and legislative developments
  • Understanding of the philosophy and fundamentals of financial services cooperatives
  • Familiarity with compliance requirements governing the distribution of financial products and services
  • Techniques for evaluating and monitoring individual financing/loan applications
