About the role
- Develop and maintain lasting and trusting business relationships with members and clients
- Advise members and clients on optimal strategies and collaborate with them to identify expected outcomes
- Manage business relationships, assess member/client satisfaction and service quality, follow up and identify areas for improvement
- Stay up-to-date on the financial services industry, market trends and best practices
- Participate in outreach activities and represent the credit union in the community
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Minimum of one year of relevant experience
- Mutual Fund Representative certificate – Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF)
- Knowledge of French is required
- Awareness of current financial, economic, political and legislative developments
- Understanding of the philosophy and fundamentals of financial services cooperatives
- Familiarity with compliance requirements governing the distribution of financial products and services
- Techniques for evaluating and monitoring individual financing/loan applications
