About the role
- Help maintain the organization’s image and promote policies and programs for external audiences through public relations, media relations, lobbying and institutional affairs.
- Handle complaints to improve strained relationships with members/clients and protect the organization’s reputation and brand image.
- Advise and assist clients and partners as part of complaint resolution interventions.
- Support the more experienced professionals in your unit and actively help institute tools for your line of work.
- Develop recommendations, solutions and action plans based on the organization’s objectives and priorities.
- Conduct research and preliminary analysis and develop initial outlines of tools and processes.
- Solve problems using analytical skills and extensive knowledge of the line of business.
- Interact with stakeholders working in other fields.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- A minimum of one year of relevant experience
- Knowledge of French is required
- Advanced proficiency of English due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with English-speaking partners, members and/or clients
