About the role
- Provide personalized member and client service and support to clients with complex needs.
- Be attentive to members' and clients' needs and propose personalized, effective solutions that meet their expectations.
- Identify and seize business opportunities and provide tailored advice to support optimal business development.
- Work with advisors to manage member and client files: open accounts, prepare meetings, and follow up on member and client requests.
- Ensure the execution of all member and client banking account operations.
- Proactively inform members and clients about our digital solutions and enable them to interact with Desjardins using their preferred channels.
Requirements
- Attestation of Collegial Studies
- A minimum of three years of relevant experience
- Mutual Fund Representative Certificate — Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF)
- Knowledge of French is required
