About the role
- Coach claims advisors on the application of various insurance contracts
- Ensure adherence to the company's policies, procedures, and best practices
- Help claims advisors develop their technical skills
- Analyze and approve claims settlements
- Conduct research and propose solutions to conflicts
- Foster working partnerships with CRC Section Managers
- Engage with stakeholders throughout operations
- Handle a limited inventory of own files to assist operations
- Participate in compliance activities such as call monitoring and claim audits
Requirements
- College diploma in a related field
- A minimum of three years of relevant experience
- Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
- Decision quality
- Situational adaptability
