About the role
- Establish and maintain personalized business relationships with major clients and with internal distribution channels.
- Analyze the prospect files to assess their eligibility and determine whether the conditions are right for sketching out an offer.
- Draw up the offer and define the conditions for the factoring facility (pricing, guarantees, specific conditions, etc.).
- Negotiate conditions with members and clients.
- Give presentations and training sessions on the product for the Business Services Executive Division sectors that have factoring needs.
- Participate in internal and external outreach activities.
- Roll out development strategies to reach objectives.
- Collaborate with team members and support them in the business line's activities.
- Track, document and present the pipeline development to management and the team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- A minimum of eight years of relevant experience
- Strong communication skills in both French and English, both oral and written
